Getting started

How to Start ABA Therapy

Four steps, and we handle the heavy lifting: you reach out, we check your benefits, a BCBA assesses your child, and care begins where your family needs it.

The path

Step by Step, Start to Session

Every family's timing is a little different, mostly because of insurance authorization. We keep you updated at every step so you always know where things stand.

  1. Step 1

    Reach Out

Call us or send the request form. We listen to what is going on with your family, answer your first questions, and get the basics we need to begin.

  2. Step 2

    We Check Your Benefits

We contact your insurance plan directly and confirm your ABA coverage, free and with no obligation. You get the answers in plain language.

  3. Step 3

    BCBA Assessment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst meets your family, evaluates your child's strengths and needs, and builds a personalized treatment plan.

  4. Step 4

    Care Begins

Once your plan is authorized, sessions start at home, at school, or in the community, wherever fits your family best.
