Co-Owner & Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Danayqui is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and experienced educator with more than 25 years of experience supporting children and individuals with diverse developmental, educational, and behavioral needs. Her career began in early childhood and special education, where she spent more than 15 years working with young children, including children with autism. After relocating to the United States, she continued her career across educational, childcare, home, community, and behavioral health settings, ultimately specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a Master's degree in Psychological Intervention in Behavioral Problems. As agency owner, she leads an individualized, collaborative approach to care that recognizes the important roles of clinicians, families, educators, and caregivers in achieving meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Co-Owner & Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Karina is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Co-Owner of KAM Extending Hands, with more than 20 years of experience across education, behavioral health, and Applied Behavior Analysis. She started as an educator in Guantanamo, Cuba, and after relocating to the United States worked for several years as a case manager, coordinating services and advocating for families across healthcare, behavioral health, and community providers. She then specialized in psychological intervention and behavioral disorders and in ABA for autism and other developmental disorders, earning board certification as a BCBA. Her clinical experience includes behavioral assessment, treatment planning, individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs, caregiver training, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians.
